Problems with gynecomastia while taking testosterone

I've been taking 500 mg/week of testosterone enanthate for 6 weeks now, and everything is going well—my strength is increasing, I'm gaining weight, but I've noticed that my nipples have become more sensitive and slightly swollen, as if gynecomastia is starting. I don't want to quit the course because the progress is incredible, but I'm afraid it will develop into something serious. Has anyone encountered this, how much anastrozole should be taken for prevention or treatment at an early stage?

Re: Problems with gynecomastia while taking testosterone

Yes, this is a classic situation with aromatization at high doses of testosterone. Start taking 0.5 mg of anastrozole every other day, or even 0.25-0.5 mg daily if symptoms are already present—the sensitivity and swelling usually go away in 3-5 days. I experienced the same thing in week 4 of a similar course, took 1 mg for the first two days, then 0.5 mg/day – everything disappeared without any loss of progress. The main thing is not to overdo it, because estradiol will drop to zero and your joints will dry up, and your libido will disappear. Get your estradiol tested every 2-3 weeks. By the way, I was also looking for where to get original anastrozole without fakes and found it at Redmond Pharm at https://redmondpharm.com/oral-steroids/anastrozole/ – pharmacy quality, fast and reliable delivery. Don't buy from suspicious sites, because there are a lot of fakes out there. Keep your estradiol levels normal and the course will be perfect!
