Running more than one PayPal without getting banned

Yo, been scaling my online shops and now I need a separate PayPal for each brand to keep the bookkeeping clean and avoid putting all my income under one account. The problem is every time I read the terms it sounds like they will nuke you for even thinking about a second account. How are people actually handling this without waking up to a permanent limitation notice?

Do not rush to verify all your accounts at once with the same bank, stagger them and use different funding sources for each profile. A sudden burst of activity from freshly created accounts tied to one financial institution is a massive red flag that screams bulk creation, even if everything else looks clean.

The thing most folks miss is that PayPal does not just check your name and email, it builds a whole profile from your browser fingerprint, your IP patterns, and even the rhythm of how you type. So having more than one account is not the problem by itself, the real danger is when both profiles look identical from a technical standpoint. There are solid guides that explain how to create multiple PayPal accounts and manage them securely, one worth reading breaks down the whole isolation method on this site https://gologin.com/blog/multiple-paypal-accounts/ . It walks through setting up distinct environments, clean contact details, and consistent IPs so each profile appears to their checks as a completely separate person.
