Automatic ad selection in Retarget

I'm curious about how ReTarget's automatic ad selection works. Does the system automatically select and rotate offers for a specific user, eliminating the need to manually select and test each geo-targeted product? How does the rotation algorithm determine what to show visitors?

Re: Automatic ad selection in Retarget

The system uses a real-time auction algorithm, so there’s no need for manual sorting. When the script runs, the platform instantly reads your website’s vertical, geolocation (ISO country code and region), and device type. Next, the https://retarget.gg/ smart module compares this data with a pool of active advertiser campaigns. A pop-up displays the offer with the highest bid (CPC, CPA, or eCPM) for which the user is 100% eligible and relevant. The algorithm constantly optimizes the rotation to maximize CTR and conversions while filtering out non-converting banners. In other words, you simply install the code and the system automatically maximizes revenue from every visit. For which offers or verticals do you want to enable this?

Re: Automatic ad selection in Retarget

It seems that, when a user is filtered out based on geolocation or KYC, they need to be shown the exact offer they’re most likely to click on in a fraction of a second. If an incorrect or irrelevant brand banner is displayed, the purpose of monetization is lost. How precisely are ads targeted? Is targeting based solely on the country determined by IP address, or does the algorithm also consider the site’s category, the device used, and the advertiser’s bid in the auction (CPC/eCPM)?
