This guide should help you watch youtube videos and use the AV feature in our chat rooms using Chrome.


(1) Type or copy and paste: chrome://plugins into your Chrome address bar.

(2) Find adobe flash player and click the details button to the far right hand side.

(3) Disable all parts that mention: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application. Leave anything that says: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\ enabled.

(4) Clear you cache by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE (not backspace) and selecting cache only then pressing: clear browser data.

(5) Restart Chrome.
